A long anticipated 2018 Nissan Leaf is expected to be unveiled this September and recently Nissan released a very first teaser image, featuring the upcoming EV’s headlight.

So far first-gen Nissan Leaf is the best-selling all-electric car in the world with over 260,000 vehicles delivered. However, the sales had been decreasing over last years since the car feels a bit outdated, despite the new 30 kWh battery pack breaking the 100 miles range barrier.

The new model will reportedly has larger 60 kWh battery enabling over 200 miles range. Moreover, the exterior design is going to be comlpetely refreshed – with a new Nissan’s V-shaped grille and sharp headlights. Driving assisst feature ProPILOT allowing the autonomous driving will also be included to the new car’s specifications.

Nissan says they will keep teasing us with a new pictures of 2018 Leaf throughout the summer leading to the car’s presentation in September and later start of production.
